Armadin, the new security startup from Mandiant founder Kevin Mandia, has raised $255.5 million in a Series B round at a $2.5 billion valuation.

Who Invested

Andreessen Horowitz and Accel led the round, with participation from Google Ventures and Kleiner Perkins. Armadin raised $190 million in March, bringing total funding to more than $445 million.

Attacking Your Network Before Someone Else Does

Armadin deploys continuously running swarms of AI agents that chain together multiple vulnerabilities to carry out real-world attacks against a customer's environment, then focus on remediating what they find.

A Proven Founder

Mandia founded Mandiant and sold it to Google for $5.4 billion in 2022.

From Annual Pen Tests to Continuous Testing

If attackers can use AI to probe systems continuously, a once-a-year penetration test leaves long gaps. Expect continuous, automated security testing to become a normal line item — and make sure findings feed a process that actually fixes them.
