Meta announced on September 29, 2026 that it is expanding its AI agent Muse to small businesses, with new integrations aimed at helping owners run their business and find new customers.
Connected to the Tools SMBs Already Use
New integrations include Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Box, Canva, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Stripe and Zoom. Muse can also connect to Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts.
Context Across the Whole Business
Meta is betting that an agent with context on a company's sales, operations and marketing will be more useful than a stand-alone chatbot. It says Muse learns what a business sells, how its brand sounds and what customers ask about most.
Free to Start
Muse for Small Business is free with usage limits, with subscription plans for more usage. It launched a day after Meta introduced the Meta Enterprise Platform for larger customers.
Connect With Care
Linking an agent to your accounting, payments and ad accounts is powerful — and it means the agent can see and act on sensitive data. Start with read-only access where possible and review what each connection is allowed to do.
